It’s a great place for people with disabilities to be able to come to. For myself, I have found it has helped me to take my eyes off myself and give love to others. What I have freely received, give out to others. It has taught me how to show love and, I have been accepted here. People here are on different levels, different disabilities and, I find I can be a friend to them and learn what love is – unconditional love. As a young Christian, I have had to learn to give to others and to look up. For a long time I had been self-absorbed and it has helped me to learn to take my eyes off myself, letting Jesus be the centre of my life. It has gotten the ball rolling on my Christian walk, being able to soak in the Word and giving out the love of God.
