Joy Ministries Hamilton: Thank You Bronnie and Jeni❤️

Blog· Christian Leaders

Kia ora all, today we share a bitter-sweet moment from Joy Ministries Hamilton at the end of last year, December 2025 - Bronnie and Jeni formally stepped down from their leadership roles with Joy Ministries Hamilton. They were beautifully farewelled by their team and group during their last meeting for the year on the 6th of December 2025.
Jeni kindly shared her memory of the very beginning of Joy Ministries Hamilton, which was originally a life-group between Murray, David, and Judy - joined by Gaylene at a similar time. Jeni writes "We started meeting together Feb 2011, 15 years ago!"
Bronnie took devotions and led music for about ten to eleven years, and Jeni has served for nearly 15 years.
Wow. Thank you both so much for your connection and service to this ministry for well over a decade. We are incredibly grateful for everything you have done for the Joy Ministries Hamilton community and families. We wish you all the very best as you enter into 2026. May God give you refreshed vision, passion, and rest for what's next ❤️
Jeni shares a bit about what's next for Joy Ministries Hamilton... "JM Hamilton will continue with a refreshed team, some usual and some new members, and continue to thrive with the support of Eastside Community Church (formerly Te Whānau Putahi) and the interim Pastor Alan Vink."
