Families Application Form 2026
Want to come to camp? Please apply as a family to attend Auckland Family Camp by filling out the Family Application Form.
The form will take approximately 15 minutes per person you are registering to complete.
Family Application Process
- Our Camp Director will review your application. Acceptance is dependent on our volunteer, staffing, and venue capacities. We aim to accept as many families as we can.
- Please do not pay for your camp fees until after we have confirmed that you and your family can attend.
- If your application to attend Family Camp is successful, you will then need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 to confirm your spot.
- We will then email you to arrange full payment of your camp fees, all fees are due by the 18 May 2026.
- If you are paying using respite care hours, you will be reimbursed the necessary proportion post-camp.
- If your application is declined, your deposit will be refunded. The deposit is otherwise non-refundable unless at the discretion of the Camp Director.
- You will receive all camp preparation information via email (eg. what to bring, arrival and departure information, a schedule of the weekend, and a social story).
Camp Fees
Adults and young people ages 13+ years ($220.00)
Child 6-12 ($200.00)
Child 3-4 ($120.00)
Infant 0-3 ($30.00)
Fees cover all food, accommodation, and activities from Friday supper (not dinner) until Sunday lunch.
If fees are a barrier to your family attending, please contact us.
Alternatively, you can explore grants that may be available to you as an individual/family, for example, for young people with physical disabilities, the Wilson Home Trust may be a funding pathway you could consider applying for.
