Campers Information

We would love to have you join us at National Camp this year!

Your Care Needs

It is important you fill out the registration form with as much detail as possible, as this helps us assign suitable helpers and allocate appropriate accommodation.

If you have a care plan we would really appreciate you sending a copy to us.

Medication details are essential. Please include details of these in the appropriate section on the form. If you have a long list of medication you can email this to us prior to camp but it is essential you indicate that you take medication and will send a list.

It is important for us to ensure that we will be able to meet your needs at camp, so that you have an enjoyable and safe weekend. This means that on occasion we are not able to accept a camper’s registration. If this happens we will contact you to discuss this.

At National Camp we pair campers and helpers together for the weekend. This person is called your ‘Buddy’. For campers who need more assistance during the weekend we might assign two helpers as their buddies.

We love having families come to National Camp together. There is limited accommodation suitable for families, so if you are considering bringing your family its best to get in quick. Please make it clear on your camp form who is coming to support a family member and who is coming to be a helper to any other camper at camp.

What to Bring

If you require a hoist, shower commode or chair please bring these with you to camp. Please contact us if you are not able to transport these.

Further information about what to bring is found on the information sheet.

Saturday Night Dance

At National Camp we have a fancy dress dance on the Saturday night. Don’t forget to prepare an outfit for the night, there will be prizes for the best dressed! This year our fancy dress theme is bible characters.
