I've always been fascinated by how one conversation can change the course of someone's life. That happened to me nearly 40 years ago when I first met Di Willis at a Scripture Union Training Day during a workshop on “Ministry to the Disabled”.  At 16, I could not imagine that one conversation would shape so much of who I am and the path God would lead me on.

Having conversations, making connections, and building relationships have always been at the heart of who I am. I love hearing people's stories, encouraging them in their faith, and helping people find real connection—with one another, but most importantly, with God.

I strongly believe that everybody deserves an equal opportunity to hear the Gospel, respond to Jesus, and become disciples in a way they can understand and that is meaningful to them.

I'm especially interested in exploring disability chaplaincy and helping disability confidence become part of the natural way we think so that the Church and Christian community are places that people with and without disabilities can grow, serve, learn and share life together.
