Mitchell joined Elevate as the Centre Programme Facilitator in 2026.

Prior to taking up this role, Mitchell has worked as a Hospital Chaplain and Church Pastor. He is married to Julie and together they share the role of being part-time stay-at-home parents to two school-aged boys. They are based in Mount Wellington, Auckland.

Mitchell has been attending Elevate Camps since 2011. He also volunteered at the Centre from 2012-2014, where he was involved with the Centre programme, library, and recording and distributing audio version of The Encourager magazine.
