Teremoana is a proud Cook Islands Māori, first-generation born in Auckland. Family is the heartbeat of who she is and the source of her strength.
In her professional life, Teremoana serves at the front desk and as the Drop-In Coordinator, working alongside a dedicated team to create a safe, welcoming space of connection, care, and belonging at the Drop-In Centre.
She is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling at Laidlaw College, guided by a deep passion to walk alongside others with empathy, grace, and hope.
Beyond work and study, Teremoana loves travelling, enjoying good kai, and watching sunsets by the water. She values self-care and lives by the belief, drawn from Proverbs 17:22, that laughter is good medicine for the soul.
