Managing Your Recurring Donations

If you wish to cancel a recurring donation please follow the instructions below or contact us.

1. Click the "view in your browser" text, located near the bottom of your email receipt. Or:
2. Request access to your receipts through your "donation history" page by completing the "donation history request".
3. This will involve entering the same email address you used to make your donation.
4. Then you will be required to pass a ReCaptcha test to verify you are human.
5. Then click "email access token".
6. Then an email will be sent to you with a unique URL (website address).
7. Click the URL in the email you receive, and it will take you back to our site.
8. There you will see your Donation History. The link provides access from any device for a period of 7 days.
9. On the Donation History Page, you will find details of your donations.
10. To cancel your subscription navigate to the section entitled "Recurring Donations". Link: https://elevatecdt.org.nz/recurring-donations
11. This will take you to a list of your recurring donations, and allow you to cancel under the column entitled "Action".
