Groups and Events
We offer a range of other community groups for all ages, especially for people who are physically or intellectually disabled, and for families.
We also run or support several events, including our camps, Disability Awareness Sunday, and the Soul Lounge at Festival One.
Elevate Youth Collective
Elevate Christian Disability Trust is excited to announce the launch of a new programme for young people with cognitive disabilities, based in Onehunga, Auckland, New Zealand.
Christian Fellowship for the Disabled
We have nine regional Christian Fellowship for the Disabled (CFFD) branches in New Zealand.
CFFD is primarily for people with physical disabilities, but most of the groups welcome all people with disabilities.
Joy Ministries
Joy Ministries gives individuals with an intellectual disability the opportunity to come together to worship and learn about God.
Drop-in Centre
The Drop-in Centre is based in Auckland, New Zealand, and is a great place to connect with other people with disabilities.
Emmanuel Support
Emmanuel Support is a support group for families who have children with disabilities.
The group aims to give spiritual, emotional, and practical support to parents and families of a child with any disability.
Emmanuel Support's Parent Retreats are on hold for the foreseeable future.
Elevate Camps
Elevate runs two camps with different purposes. These camps are called Family Camp and National Camp.
Disability Awareness Sunday
Disability Awareness Sunday (D.A.S) is the third Sunday in June, each year.
Churches are invited to dedicate their service to disability awareness.
The Soul Lounge, Festival One 2026
We support the Christian music festival, Festival One, to provide support for festival-goers with access needs to attend the four-day event.
